FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: vortex tube includes a conical chamber of energy separation with a single-nozzle volute compressed gas inlet, a diaphragm with cold and hot outlet flow diffusers, an aerodynamic network and a throttle valve at the cold flow outlet with an external branch pipe. On walls of the volute inlet there are channels tangentially directed towards internal shaped surface of the energy separation chamber. Aerodynamic network is installed on the edge of the conical chamber of energy separation. Single-nozzle volute inlet includes a guide self-adjusting blade. The inlet end of the blade has rigid connection and outlet end has flexible connection to inner surface of single-nozzle volute inlet. Flexible connection is made in the form of a spring with variable rigidity and installed with possibility of blade movement relative to inner surface of single-nozzle volute inlet of compressed gas.
EFFECT: providing specified parameters of energy separation of compressed gas irrespective of availability and degree of concentration of impurities in it.
