FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The proposed plant using natural cold for cooling milk comprises a cold accumulator 7 and a housing, in which the condenser in the form of a tubular coil 11 is located, a system of supplying cooling water to the condenser coil 11, comprising a supply pipe connected with a farm water supply system, with spray nozzles 4 and mounted on it remote-controlled valve for batch feeding of water and periodic wetting of the condenser coil surface 11, the exhaust fan 3 mounted in front of the spray nozzles 4. In the space in the form of a chamber 5 between the spray nozzles 4 in its upper part and the cold accumulator 7 in the lower part in the counter air flow intensifying the evaporation of water from the wetted surfaces and formed by the exhaust fan 3 a radiator 12 is mounted, on which heat exchange coil the cooled milk moves under the action of vacuum in the system from the milking machine into the vacuum tank 9. The cold accumulator 7 is a tank with cross baffles to change the direction of water flow and to increase its travel way to the branch pipe of selection with cooling of the surface layers by the horizontal airflow from the exhaust fan 3.
EFFECT: invention provides an efficient use of natural cold.
