FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, mainly for use in private subsidiary plots and farms, including pasture conditions, to cool the milk. The proposed device comprises a reservoir, the air-water heat exchanger located above it with a spray device, a camera, a tube, a coil. The milk is cooled by spraying droplets of water during its supply from the reservoir to the spray device and by countercurrent flow of air in the chamber with a pipe and slotted holes, adjustable by louvers. At the bottom of the chamber a reservoir is located - the battery of cold water, separated by a partition. The coil with the flow of milk after milking is installed in the chamber so that the upper coils are located in the spraying-cooling part of the chamber, heating its lower zone, which intensifies the flow of air from the chamber to the upper cold parts of the atmosphere, where the pipe is passing, and the bottom - in the reservoir-accumulator of cold water for final cooling of milk and subsequent drainage in a vacuum reservoir-thermos.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the design of the device, reduces power consumption for cooling the milk due to the effective use of natural resources.
