FIELD: agriculture and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cold accumulator formed as reservoir and box-shaped or cylindrical panel positioned within reservoir and open at top. Dual thermoelectric members are mounted within panel in heating contact with outer heat-exchanging surfaces. Thermoelectric members are separated one from another by heat-insulated divider and electrically connected one with another and with reversible unit of control system. Guides are positioned perpendicular to reservoir walls. Heat-insulating shields are mounted on guides for sliding along them. Inner cavity of panel is divided by vertical flat or cylindrical wall defining together with panel bottom slit-type opening. Fan is mounted in upper part of panel cavity. Pipelines are positioned at both sides of divider within panel cavity and communicated with water supply systems of farm. Pipelines are provided with spraying openings and manual and remote control valves and electrically connected with control system program unit. Apparatus has heat-exchanger connected via pipelines with cold accumulating reservoir. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 2 dwg
