FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns forage production. Method involves combined forage feed to intake tank, dosage in dispenser, mixing with additives in mixer, and heating, expansion of hot mix in expander to obtain mass of required shape in structuriser, mass granulation in granulator to form granulated combined forage, and granule cooling by ambient air in cooler. Thermal processing of combined forage is performed at the stage of source material supply to intake tank by air heated with granules and directed over heat main from cooler to heat exchanger. Heat exchanger is positioned in intake tank. Heat exchange between heat exchanger and combined forage is performed over heat exchanger walls as the combined forage moves in intake tank from top to bottom. Combined forage heating and cooling process is adjusted so as the temperature of cooled granules was within t°30-40°. Granule cooling level is adjusted by measured feed of ambient air. Heat processing of combined forage is performed in closed loop. Aggregate includes intake tank, dispenser, mixer, expander, structuriser, granulator, cooler. Additionally the aggregate features heat exchange system. Heat exchanger is mounted inside intake tank and made in the form of coil matching internal tank part. Bottom part of heat exchanger is connected by heat main to internal space of cooler, and top par is connected to intake cyclone pipe with fan. Device of measured ambient air feed is mounted in the cooler end at combined forage granule inlet, while heat carrier bleeding device is mounted at cooler outlet.

EFFECT: production of granulated, extruded, expanded combined forage.
