HEAT TREATMENT LINE OF FEED STUFF Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A23N17/00 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat treatment of feed stuff on livestock farms and interfarm feed-milling establishments. The line comprises receiving hoppers, heat exchangers, metering units, reactor of barothermal treatment, cooler, thermal line, cyclone with a fan. Under the receiving hoppers for rapeseed, soyabean and filler the mixer is located, consistently communicated with screw corn contrivance. The corn contrivance is made in the form of a cylindrical auger with a single-thread screw element placed in a cylindrical housing. On the inner surface of the housing along the length the radial rings are mounted at a distance from each other equal to step S of the auger flat thread and having a height of 3-4 mm. The gap between the rings and auger turns is 0.5 mm. At the reactor outlet the gas storage holder is mounted. The gas storage holder with its lower part through the rotary valve is connected to the cooler, and with its upper part to the steampipe communicated with the heat exchangers mounted in the lower part of the receiving hoppers for rapeseed and soyabean.

EFFECT: increased forage quality due to deeper heating of soyabean and rapeseed.
