FIELD: high-precision tooling.
SUBSTANCE: manufacture of moulds and rods, in particular methods for determining their physical and mechanical properties, the design and manufacture of high-precision tooling. An experimental cylindrical sample of the mixture is made in a tooling having upper and lower halves. Measurement of free deformation is carried out using a device containing a frame, on which the lower half of the tooling with a cylindrical sample is installed. In the housing of the device, symmetrically from two of its ends, two electronic digital dial indicators with rods are built in, with the help of which the movement of the ends of the mixture sample during solidification is transmitted to these indicators and, digitized by another displacement transducer, is transmitted using the information output sensor to the computer.
EFFECT: obtaining the most accurate data on the deformation of the studied cold-hardening mixture.
