FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: blood serum of the newborns and infants of the first three months of living is analysed to type an immune response by immune cytokines measured by solid-phase enzyme immunoassay: IL-2 195.2 pg/ml and more, TNF-α 164.8 pg/ml and more, INF-γ 91.2 pg/ml and more show a type Th1 immune response polarization; IL-4 78.4 pg/ml and more IL-6 192.4 pg/ml and more shows a type Th2 immune response polarization. If the immune response polarization develops by the type Th-1 of the immune response, the infantile cerebral paralysis is predicted to be developed by the 1st year of child's life, and if the polarization develops by the type Th-2 immune response, then infantile cerebral paralysis is absent. The invention makes it possible to form risk groups of developing severe impairment CNS injuries to the extent of the formation of various INP forms in the infants.
EFFECT: method possesses high accuracy and objectivity.
