FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves performing mutual synchronisation of all objects participating in remote monitoring, providing single addressing known by all remote monitoring participants, and fitting them with global navigation satellite system signal receivers, the data of which are used to determine the location of objects and generate thereon single correct time scales using frequency and time access techniques in a radio wave propagation medium. The location and path of a mobile object is displayed while estimating the probability of the mobile object falling into hazardous areas.
EFFECT: high reliability and noise-immunity of communication when executing remote monitoring functions.
