FIELD: medicine; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical composition for treatment of disease, condition or disturbance requiring application of the antagonist of the neurokinin receptor containing therapeutically effective quantity of compound of the formula I 
or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt where the composition contains sulphopropyl ether of β-cyclodextrin, meta-cresol preservative and pharmaceutically acceptable medium. Also, the invention refers to application of the said composition and a method for treatment way of diseases requiring application of the antagonist of the neurokinin receptor.
EFFECT: maintenance of stability of a compounding and acceptable tolerance in the place of the product injection when using preservative for prevention of bacteriemic and fungoid growth in a compounding.
