SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery of injuries, neurotraumatology. In order to determine treatment tactics in case of combined spine traumas, localisation and degree of severity of mechanical injuries are determined, with each injury being given points in accordance with scales. In addition, estimated are: volume of blood loss, systolic pressure level, saturation of blood hemoglobin with oxygen (SatO2, %), number of urgent operations performed because of life-threatening consequences of combined trauma, presence of indications for performing other urgent operations, instability of hemodynamics, requiring application of inotropic support with attribution of points. After that, summing up of points is carried out and degree of trauma severity is determined depending on the sum of points.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to objectivise approach to determination of treatment tactics depending on particular criteria of obtained trauma severity and severity of patient's state.
