FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and medical equipment, in particular to ablative catheter system with balloon and to method of mixing for mixing liquid for heating. Ablative catheter system with balloon contains catheter rod, fastened on it balloon, cavity, passing through catheter rod in direction of longitudinal axis for connection with internal part of balloon. In internal part of balloon placed is heating electrode, electric power to which is supplied by heating device. In order to give heating liquid fluctuation by periodical repetition of heating liquid suction into cavity and its expel from cavity, system contains fluctuation- inducing device. Fluctuation is given to heating liquid in such a way, that coefficient value, obtained by dividing heating liquid volume, discharged by one time from cavity into balloon, by volume for balloon expansion and multiplication by 100, is in the range from 2 to 9. Also claimed is method of mixing for mixing heating liquid by fluctuation, where fluctuations are transmitted in such a way, that value, obtained by division of heating liquid volume, ejected by one time from cavity into balloon, by means of balloon volume expansion and multiplication of coefficient by 100 becomes equal from 2 to 9.

EFFECT: application of group of inventions makes it possible to improve effect of treatment by means of ablation by reduction of balloon surface temperature variation in ablative catheter with balloon, cauterising tissue.
