FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: balloon ablation catheter comprises shaft with gap in lengthwise direction, fixed on barrel and cylinder located inside cylinder electrode for high-frequency current supply. Clearance is communicated with inner space of cylinder. Electrode is formed by winding wire supply high-frequency power supply around barrel. Feed wire temperature sensor, which supplies measured signal to power supply device is located between wound feed wire of high-frequency power supply and barrel and is fixed along longitudinal direction of barrel. Lead wires of high-frequency power supply and temperature sensor are made from different metals. Thermocouple temperature sensor is formed in cylinder and at point where feed wire of high-frequency power supply and temperature sensor contact each other for first time, if seen from posterior end in longitudinal direction. Feed wire temperature sensor contacts at multiple points with feed wire feed high-frequency power supply and shaft in bottle.
EFFECT: higher strength of thermocouple temperature sensor, reduced risk of wire and attenuation of connection between the wires, reduced diameter of cylinder and stabilisation of temperature of surface of cylinder.
