SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for aspiration of upper airways and lungs of patients when taking resuscitation measures and artificial lung ventilation on place of accident and/(or) transportation in conditions of emergency. Portable aspirator contains base, vertical stand, cup-accumulator with stop valve, connecting pipes and aspirator hose. Vertical stand is fixed in base centre In stand cavity there is canal for air movement. On one side from stand mounted is operating cylinder in form of cup, in which piston is installed, whose rod is hingedly connected with leg by means of pedal. Operating cylinder is fixed to base by means of cramp, and to vertical stand by means of connecting pipe. On the other side from stand said cup-accumulator fixed to stand by means of two connecting pipes is paced. Stop valve of cup-accumulator is connected with connecting pipe, whose canal is connected with vertical stand canal. Operating cylinder cup is equipped with two valves of differently directed action, located in upper part and two valves of differently directed action, located in lower part of operating cylinder cup. Outlet aspirator connecting pipe is connected with connecting pipe of cup-accumulator cover and aspirator hose. Cup-accumulator cover is connected with cup-accumulator by means of treaded connection. At base bottom stop cover is mounted. When piston moves downward air is sucked from cup-accumulator into upper volume of operating cylinder through valve and connecting pipe. When piston moves upward air is sucked from cup-accumulator into lower volume of operating cylinder through valve, passage under base cover and canal in stand.

EFFECT: ensuring two-stroke operation mode and elimination of aspirator piston idling, which allows to ensure higher level of productivity and reliability of operation, simplify apparatus construction and reduce its weight.
