FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Hinge contains first hinge arm, second hinge arm and fixing device. Second hinge arm is placed on first hinge arm with possibility of turning around axis of rotation (A) and forms with first hinge arm angle of opening (Φ), which lies between maximal angle (Φ_max) of disclosing and minimal angle (Φ_min) of disclosing, determined by hinge construction. Fixing device is made with possibility of bringing stopper selectively by movement into fixed position, in which first hinge arm and second hinge arm are fixed relative to each other, and in position of angle limitation, in which possibility of turning of first hinge arm and second hinge arm relative to each other to previously specified rest angle of opening (Φ_A) is ensured and rotation to larger angles (Φ) of opening is blocked. Fixing device is made with possibility of bringing stopper by motion into unlocked position, in which possibility of free rotation of first hinge arm and second hinge arm relative to each other is ensured. Orthosis contains first receiving device for first body part and second receiving device for second body part, connected with possibility of rotation relative to each other by means of, at least, one said hinge and form orthosis angle with each other.

EFFECT: inventions ensure possibility of simple reproduction of hinge fixing position, and which has possibility of regulation, in which motion to definite stop angle is possible.
