FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for monitoring haemodynamics of periodontium tissues is made monolithically from dental polymer by additive method of 3D printing and represents a double-jawed tray covering the teeth and marginal gingiva to the level of transient fold and having in its structure a horizontal site with denture teeth of upper and lower dentitions in the position of central occlusion separated by 3 mm. Between teeth 16, 21, 25, 36, 41, 45 on all surfaces of mucosa of alveolar bone to level of transitional fold and tray there is gap of 1.5 mm. On the surface of the device at the level of the alveolar bone between the roots of the teeth there are tapered holes with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the sensor of the instrument for Doppler ultrasonography. External diameter of the cone hole allows the possibility of moving the Doppler ultrasonography sensor inside tray in 60 degrees. Device has a handle in the anterior portion for its positioning in the oral cavity.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide Doppler ultrasonography of periodontal vessels at all stages of the treatment.
