FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for thermal processing of the auxiliary material and can be used, for example, for painting and drying cars. In the process of thermal processing of the auxiliary material, which is introduced into the crude gas stream, that is saturated with harmful organic matter in the form of pulverized ink, for cleaning the crude gas and together with harmful organic substance, which is forming a stable system of harmful substances and auxiliary material. The method includes supplying system of the harmful substances and auxiliary material, and the heated carrier gas relative to normal flow conditions in the thermal processing device. Then, chemical transformation is carried out at least by the part of the organic harmful substances to create a processed auxiliary material. Then it produces the separation of recycled auxiliary material from the auxiliary material, which is saturated with harmful organic substance, by means of transporting gas flow. Furthermore, recycled auxiliary material removal is carried from the thermal processing device. For carrying out the process using thermal processing device for processing auxiliary material, introduced into the crude gas stream, which is saturated with harmful organic matter in the form of ink spreader, for cleaning the crude gas and together with harmful organic substance forming a stable system of harmful substances and auxiliary material. The processing device includes a thermal processing equipment for the chemical conversion of at least part of the organic harmful substances to create a recycled auxiliary material. Furthermore, the device contains a feeding device for feeding the system from harmful substances and auxiliary material, and the heated carrier gas, that is related to normal flow conditions, leads gas into the thermal processing equipment. The device also includes a separating device for separating the processed auxiliary material from the saturated harmful substance saturated organic auxiliary material transport by means of gas flow. Despite that, the apparatus contains the leading out device, which is designed to remove the recycled auxiliary material from recycling device. The device for painting workpieces includes a coloring device, with the help of which the workpieces are stained with paint. Painting device also contains filter device, designed to purify the raw gas stream, which is produced by over-coloring saturated by supplying ink filter aid to the crude gas stream and separating the ink over-spread together with auxiliary filtering material in the filter element of the filter device. In addition, the apparatus includes a recycling device, where the auxiliary material is an auxiliary filtering material.
EFFECT: invention provides a simplification of the process of thermal recycling of supporting material and conservation of resources for painting and drying cars.
