SUBSTANCE: device is composed of the following components: a control unit to control at least one treatment program, including at least one program cycle of drying, regeneration and/or anti-crease; a unit of input to select and/or start at least one program of treatment by a user; a drum for charging of textile products; a unit of drive for drum rotation. According to one version of design the device comprises a unit for detection of moisture of textile items in a drum, according to another version of design - a unit of detection of textile product type. According to the first version of design, the control unit is made as capable of variation of drum rotation speed depending on moisture of textile items during the period of time as moisture changes. According to the second version of design, the control unit is made as capable to change speed of drum rotation and/or vary the ratio between periods of rotation/idle periods of the drum, and also steam supply depending on type of textile items. Versions of devices are realised in appropriate methods of textile item treatment.
