SUBSTANCE: process cartridge has an electrophotographic photosensitive drum, a drum flange provided on one end of said electrophotographic photosensitive drum, a connecting element which receives a rotary force for rotating said electrophotographic photosensitive drum through said drum flange, first and second control parts which control movement of said electrophotographic photosensitive drum. Said drum flange supports said connecting element such that the axis of rotation of said connecting element is inclined relative the axis of rotation of said drum flange, and has a first controlled part adapted to control said first control part, and a second controlled part adapted to control said second control part.

EFFECT: high accuracy of positioning the cartridge.
