SUBSTANCE: proposed is a device (100, 200, 300) for determination of in-phase signal within a network of HF communication via a power transmission line. The device (100, 200, 300) contains the first line (102), the second line (104) and the third line (106), respectively connected to the first contact (110), the second contact (112) and the third contact (114). The first, second and third contacts (110, 112, 114) are designed so that to enable connection to, respectively, the phase line (P), the neutral line (N) and the protective grounding line (PE) of the network of HF communication via a power transmission line. The device (100, 200, 300) additionally contains an in-phase signal throttle (120) designed so that to enable output of in-phase signal from the first, second and third lines (102, 104, 106), the in-phase signal throttle (120) connected to the output apparent resistance (122) that exceeds that of the network of HF communication via a power transmission line.
EFFECT: improved accuracy.
