FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of filling and degassing of dispenser for pasty, foamy or fluid materials. Invention covers method of filling and degassing of dispenser comprising container 1 for material equipped with pump arranged at adapter to prevent air ingress in container 1 and discharge pump 3 to dispense a portion of material in pump driving displacement. First, container 1 is filled with material. Then, discharge pimp 3 is mounted at its attachment mount 4 to connect discharge device to container 1 for developing pressure difference between surrounding space and container inside for evacuation of container air. Fillable unit has, at least, one air channel 2 to communicate container inside with surrounding space in container filling and to get closed after degassing and discharge pump 3 arranged outside of material feed path. Said air channel 2 is designed so that there are the first pressure level whereat air is evacuated from container 1 and the second pressure level whereat material gets into air channel. Note here that said pressure levels differ in hydrodynamic resistance. Note also that before reaching, on reaching or immediately after reaching said second pressure level evacuation is terminated and air channel 2 is closed.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of degassing.
