FIELD: dangerous wastes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of radioactive wastes (RW). Method consists in filling the container with solid radioactive wastes, sealing the container with its subsequent evacuation, feeding the liquid matrix material into the container and curing the obtained compound. Vessel is vacuumed to residual pressure of not more than 0.01 atm, while the liquid matrix material is fed into the container with solid radioactive wastes by pressure differences in the container and a container with matrix material communicated with the atmosphere.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure final compound homogeneity without formation of cavities; absence of secondary radwaste; providing radiation safety during operations.
