SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medical equipment and is intended for oral cavity care. Multifunctional switch includes source of compressed gas, source of liquid and mixing chamber for mixing gas and fluid medium, case, which includes hollow chamber; executive unit, including rod area, which has set of packing rings around its periphery; inlet canal, which connects source of compressed gas with hollow chamber; outlet canal, which connects hollow chamber and mixing chamber. Packing rings are placed on rod relative to inlet and outlet canals. In first position of executive unit hermetical closing of inlet canal in hollow chamber by one packing ring is ensured. When executive unit is brought into action, evoking rod movement, ensured is hermetical closing or support of closing of outlet canal in hollow chamber by other packing ring with open inlet canal, which lets some quantity of gas into hollow chamber. Pump is made with possibility of putting in action for movement of liquid into mixing chamber. Further release of executive unit for its returning into first position first ensures hermetic closing of inlet canal, and then opening of outlet canal, ensuring fast movement of gas into mixing chamber for mixing there with liquid in order to create jet of liquid drops, directed into device tip and from it.

EFFECT: possibility to control measured quantity of compressed gas in order to create jet of liquid drops.
