FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a valve body, a gate, and heat-insulating and disruptive elements. In addition, it includes a lined load gate covering the hole in the body of a protected object. In upper cylindrical part of the valve body there arranged is a heat-insulating element and a sealing membrane pressed to the valve body by means of a cover plate hinged to a lever interacting with a baffle plate. An attachment point of the disruptive element is fixed with its upper part on the lever, and with the lower part on upper cylindrical part of the valve body. The disruptive element consists of a wire, a stop bolt, a fork, a valve cover plate lever, a nut, two drums located in the valve cover plate lever fork and in the fork of upper cylindrical part of the valve body respectively. Ends of wire are inserted into holes of drums and then, wound on them.
EFFECT: improving protection efficiency of process equipment against explosions.
