FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: explosion-proof device comprises a valve body, a heat-insulating and explosive elements, a lined cargo gate overlying the hole in the housing of the protected object. In the upper cylindrical part of the valve body the heat-insulating element and a sealing membrane are located, pressed against the valve body by means of a lid hingedly connected to the lever that interacts with the baffle. The attachment point of the explosive element is mounted with its upper part on the lever, and the lower - to the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. The explosive element consists of a wire, a stopper bolt, a fork, a lever of the valve lid, a nut, two drums, respectively located in the lever fork of the valve lid and in the fork of the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. The ends of the wire are inserted into the holes of the drums and then are wound on them. On the explosive element wire a security indicator in the form of a sensor is fixed, which is responsive to deformation, for example, of the resistance strain gage, the output of which is connected to the signal amplifier, for example, with strain amplifier. The strain amplifier output is connected to the input of the notification device of an emergency.
EFFECT: increased reliability and effectiveness of protection of technological equipment against explosions.
