FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for explosion protection of process equipment. Explosion-proof valve includes a valve body, a gate valve, heat-insulating and rupture elements, and a lined load gate valve, movably connected to the valve body. Valve body is made in the form of lower cylindrical, middle conical and upper cylindrical parts. In the lower cylindrical part there is a lined load gate valve covering a hole made in the body of the protected object, In the upper cylindrical part of the valve body there arranged is a heat-insulating element and a sealing membrane, pressed to the valve body by means of a cover plate, hingedly connected to a lever cooperating with the striker. Fastening device of the rupture element is fixed by its upper part on the lever, and the lower one - to the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. Attachment of the rupture element consists of wire, locking bolt, plug, valve cover lever, nut, two reels located respectively in the plug of the valve cover lever and in the plug of the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. Wire ends are inserted into holes of drums and then, wound on them, and gap h between the plugs is about (1.5÷3) of the wire diameter, and the valve parameters are in the following optimal ranges: a = D/Dy = 1.5÷2.0; b = H/L=1.3÷1.8; c = H/Dy = 2.5÷3.0, where Dy is the diameter of the upper cylindrical part of the valve body equal to the maximum hole size of the body of the protected object; D is the diameter of the lower cylindrical part of the valve body; H is the height of the valve assembly; L is the maximum overall dimension of the valve in the plan. Lined load gate movable connection with valve body base is made in form of three rods vertically installed in the holes made in the peripheral part of the body of the lined load gate. By lower part rods are fixed in valve body base, and in the upper part have a damping device fixed to the horizontal crosspieces of the rods, and facing the load gate. Each of three damping devices is fixed on horizontal bridge, rigidly connected to the rod and made in the form of a circular disk on which the base of the damping device, made of rigid shock-absorbing material of the "Agat" type is screw-attached, connected to sleeve made from elastomer with central hole, through which rod is passed. Sleeve has at least three holes aligned with rod, in which there are elastic elements, for example, cylindrical screw springs, upper end of which is connected to damping device base by means of fastening elements, and lower end is in free state and protrudes beyond bushing bottom plane at distance defined by force, generated with impact blast wave. To bushing end surface, on arranged in holes resilient elements free end side, coaxial with rod, safety element made in form of conical surface is rigidly connected.safety element made in form of conical surface is rigidly connected. Cone lower base rests against bushing, and top is made with hole, into which enters rod. On the outer surface of the lined load gate facing the heat-insulating layer of the valve, there is a rigidly fixed plate, to which the strain gage sensor is connected by its upper part, the lower part of the sensor is installed on the body of the protected object. Signal from the displacement sensor along the communication line is fed to the strain gage, and from it – to the explosion-proof valve emergency warning system block, which allows taking appropriate measures to prevent the initial phase of emergency.

EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of protection of technological equipment from explosions by increasing lined load gate damping.
