FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for process equipment explosion protection. Blast valve comprises a valve body, heat insulating and rupture elements, lined load trim. Valve body is made in the form of a lower cylindrical, middle conical and upper cylindrical parts. In the lower cylindrical part there is a lined load trim. In the upper cylindrical part of the valve body there arranged is a heat-insulating element and a sealing membrane. Movable connection of the lined cargo gate with the base of the valve body is made in the form of three vertically mounted rods in the holes. Lower part of the rods is fixed at the base of the valve body, and upper part contains damping device, while each of three damping devices is fixed on horizontal bridge connected with rod and made in form of round disc on which the base of the damping device made of rigid "Agat" type vibration damping material, which is connected to the bushing made of hard metallized rubber with impregnations of the vibration damping crumb, is fixed.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of protection of process equipment from explosions.
