FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: explosion-proof valve comprises a valve body, heat-insulating and rupture elements, a lined cargo gate, the valve body is made in the form of the lower, middle conical and upper cylindrical parts. In the lower cylindrical part there is a lined cargo gate overlapping the opening in the body of object to be protected, a heat insulation element and a sealing membrane are arranged in the upper cylindrical part of the valve body, pressed to the valve body by means of a cover hinged to the lever which interacts with a baffle, and unit for fastening the rupture element is fixed by its upper part on the lever, and the lower one is on to the upper cylindrical part of the valve body. The blast element consists of a wire, a stop bolt, a fork, a lever of the valve cover plate, a nut, two pulleys located in the lever fork of the valve cover plate, and in the fork of upper cylindrical part of the valve body. Movable connection of lined cargo gate with the valve body base is made in the form of three rods vertically installed in holes formed in the peripheral part of the body of the lined cargo gate. The lower part of rods fastened at the valve body base, while the upper parts have a damping device secured on horizontal bridges of bars and faced towards the cargo gate. Each of three damping devices is fixed on the horizontal bridge rigidly connected to rod and made in the form of a round disc, on which base of the damping device is fixed by means of screws and made of rigid vibration damping material of "Agat" type and connected to elastomer bushing having a central hole through which the rod is passed, the bushing has at least three holes coaxial with the rod, in which the elastic elements are arranged, for example cylindrical screw springs, the upper end of which is connected to base of damping device by means of fastening elements, and the lower plane is in the free state and projects beyond the lower plane of the sleeve by the distance determined by the force developed by the shock blast wave. There is a safety element made in the form of a conical surface rigidly attached to the bushing end surface from the free end side of elastic elements located in its holes coaxial with the rod. The lower base of the cone rests on the bushing, and the vertex is formed with an opening into which the rod enters, and on the inner surface of the safety element designed for shock wave damping at the initial explosion stage and made in the form of a conical surface with an opening in the vertex, into which the rod enters, there is a strain-gauge sensor of deformation measurement.
EFFECT: increase the efficiency of the protection of process equipment from explosions by increasing the damping lined cargo gate.
