SUBSTANCE: method and system/machine of mapping data processing comprises multiple segments available for navigation, which may together set a route available for navigation in an area covered with a digital map. Besides, the method includes stages, at which: data is produced on speed, at least for one segment, at the same time data on speed contains measured speed of multiple vehicles in the specified segment at different moments of time; data is generated from data on speed for a segment or each segment, at least about one profile of normal speed; but at least for one specified moment of time data is generated for a segment or each segment at least on one profile of abnormal speed, containing expected speed of motion in the segment within the specified moment of time.
