SUBSTANCE: device has a housing; an input feed line, an output priority line, an output non-priority line, a current sensor in the priority load circuit, which serves to determine on/off status thereof; a comparator with a reference voltage source for comparing the signal from the current sensor with a set operating threshold of the comparator, which corresponds to the on state of the load; a relay with a power switch; a power supply unit which provides corresponding electric power to circuit components; a logic unit which controls the relay with the power switch such that if the priority load is on, the power switch is open and mains voltage does not reach the non-priority load, and if the priority load is off, the power switch is closed and mains voltage is applied to the non-priority load until the priority load is on; light-emitting diodes for indicating the turning on of loads, connected to corresponding outputs of the logic unit.

EFFECT: high reliability, safety and mobility of the device.
