FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be applied in biliary surgery. Instrument contains handle-manipulator and working part, connected with section, which has possibility of bending. In handle body placed is rod with screw stroke and scale for control of rod travel is applied. Section with possibility of bending, is made in form of flexible pipe, in which telescopic metal tape is placed. On outlet from flexible pipe tape forms working part in form of loop and is oriented at 30° angle to horizontal surface. From the opposite side tape is connected to rod of handle-manipulator. From the side of working part flexible pipe has preventing platform, located under loop of metal tape.

EFFECT: possible application of instrument both in traditional operations, and in minimally invasive technologies (laparoscopic operations and operations from mini-access); control of loop movement; destruction and grip of gall-stones due to more rigid and strong working part; increased safety due to dosed effort and preventing platform, which prevents working element from traumatising tissue of bile duct and serves as additional support.
