FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgery, and can be used for video endosurgical intervention on extrahepatic bile ducts in cholelithiasis complicated by choledocholithiasis. Device for removal of stones from extrahepatic bile ducts comprises a metal tube with a gripping working end, a mechanical handle with a spring mechanism. Gripping end comprises a plate, the working end of which is made of metal with shape memory. In the cavity of the plate there is a rod connected to the spring mechanism of the handle, which is equipped with a plug, which is made with possibility of back-and-forth movement, for extension and sliding of the inner rod of the plate. Working end of the plate when the inner rod is moved acquires a bent shape in the form of a hook.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides adequate single-stage removal of multiple concrements from choledochus under visual control when performing laparoscopic operation, performing manipulations without x-ray contrasting, no probability of entrapping entrapped concrement, reducing operation time.
