SUBSTANCE: invention relates to material handling appliances and may be used in agriculture. Throw-over loader comprises beam 2 hinged at stiff base 2 and equipped with drive hydraulic cylinders 3 articulated with said beam and said base. Girder 5 is hinged at aforesaid stiff base. Free end of said girder is coupled with beam 2 by flexible element and with stiff base by flexible link 7.
EFFECT: simplified and perfected design.
