FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making antiadhesion coatings, for example on the surface of fibre-glass or metal moulds used when making various articles from polymer composite materials. The method involves mixing epoxy resin, an active diluent, tetrafluoroethylene powder and a curing agent, and then applying the mixture of components onto a surface. The epoxy resin is premixed with tetrafluoroethylene powder; the active diluent and curing agent are then added; the mixture is held until achieving a given degree of demixing and then hardened, heat treated at 200-250°C and then polished. The components are mixed in the following ratio, pts.wt: epoxy resin - 100, active diluent - 25-55, tetrafluoroethylene powder - 20-50, curing agent - stoichiometric amount. The epoxy resin used has an epoxy value of 24-25; the active diluent is glycidyl ether of triethylene glycol, triglycidyl phosphate; the curing agent is aromatic diamines and acid anhydrides.

EFFECT: improved antiadhesion properties of coatings on the surface of fibre-glass and metal moulds.
