FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of multilayer polymer film coatings for use in articles from polymer composite materials, including when formation of polymer coating and articles from polymer composite materials is performed in one process cycle, as well as for application of polymer coatings on metallic materials which can be used in aviation, machine- and auto- and shipbuilding industries. Multilayer polymer film coating contains film epoxy binder applied on substrate in form of non-woven veil and coated with outer side of process substrate - layer of siliconized paper braided into roll. Additionally proposed multilayer polymer film coating may contain copper net. For production of proposed coating used is epoxy binder consisting of Bisphenol based epoxy resin, reinforcing components, latent curing agent dicyandiamide (DCDA), modifier of heat resistance. As hardening agent binder based on epoxy resin contains polyarylsulphone. As heat resistance modifier binder contains epoxy-novolac resin. Binder contains filler - titanium white and glass spheres. Components of binding agent (binding composition) are contained in following ratio, WT%: epoxy resin based on Bisphenol A (10-40), polyarylsulphone (4-14), latent curing agent (1.4-4.6), epoxy novolac resin (20-60), titanium white (1.0-7.0), glass spheres (10-23).

EFFECT: invention enables to create heat-resistant polymer coatings with temperature of operation to 150 °C and high crack resistance.
