FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: machine to bind reinforcement bars comprises a pair of feeding gears. Gears feed a wire from a coil. An electric motor drives gears to rotate. A separation plate is arranged between gears and an electric motor. The plate is surrounded with a wall, excluding sections adjacent to the first and second sections for removal of chips.
EFFECT: possibility to easily remove chips produced during operation.
