FIELD: engineering technology.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a chamber in which a wire reel is mounted with the ability to rotate, a hole extending through one of the side walls of the chamber in the position corresponding to the section of reel shaft receiving, a reel receiver formed on one of the side walls for exit from the hole and entrance to the hole and entrance to the section of reel shaft receiving when the receiver is pushed into one of the side walls. The device also comprises a dereeler made with the ability to move along the surface of one of the side walls for engagement with the reel receiver inserted into the section of shaft receiving, and an elastic body pressing the dereeler engaging with the shaft receiver in a direction such that the dereeler is pressed to the reel. At that the dereeler comprises a lever and a retaining part made with the ability to move into engagement and disengagement with the reel receiver by acting on the lever, and the elastic body is made with the ability to push the lever so that the retaining part pushes the receiver to the wire reel.
EFFECT: increased stability of the reel rotation.
