FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: use for analysis of high-temperature gaseous media. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that thesensor comprises two discs (1) and (2) from an oxygen-conducting solid electrolyte, gas-tightly connected to each other to form cavity (4), between the discs there is capillary (5), on the outer and inner surfaces of disc (1) there are platinum electrodes (6) and (7), respectively, which are connected to a direct current source, on outer surface of disc (2) – measuring electrodes (8) and (9), and on inner surface – reference electrode (10), wherein reference electrode (10) and measuring electrode (9) are made of platinum, and measuring electrode (8) is made of material of composition La0.6Sr0.4MnO3, wherein disc (2) electrodes are connected in pairs to the corresponding voltmeters as follows: to determine the oxygen concentration in the analyzed gas – a pair of "measuring electrode (9) – reference electrode (10)", and to determine concentration of carbon monoxide – pair "measuring electrode (8) – measuring electrode (9)".
EFFECT: enabling continuous analysis of oxygen and analysis of combustible gases in the flow of high-temperature exhaust gases of thermal units without continuous supply of reference gas into the inner cavity of the sensor.
