FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to applied meteorology, and can be used to correct the weather conditions and climate change in some regions for the benefit of agriculture and the ecology. The method consists in the fact that the atmospheric thermodynamic processes are initiated by unipolar ground air ionisation. It is carried out by ionisers combined into units. Each unit creates a unified volume atmospheric electrical charge. The ion concentration in the volume charge is adjusted by changing the number of ionisers and their mutual arrangement. The ionizers in units are arranged along a straight line oriented in a certain way relative to the wind direction, or circumferentially. The ascending air is limited in height by rising to the height of at least one ioniser for creating a counter flow of oppositely charged ions. The units of ionisers may be located circumferentially. The units are switched on one by one. Each subsequent unit is switched on in 2/3 T in the direction of rotation or counter-clockwise.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of influence of occurring disturbances of the atmospheric circulation on change in weather conditions by increasing the concentration of ions and programmable distribution of regions of ionisation is provided.
