SUBSTANCE: invention relates to horticulture. The growth stimulant for annual scarlet sage (Salvia splendens Ker Gawl.) used is one of the quinoline compounds 6-hydroxyl-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinline in concentration of 0.01-0.05% or 6-hydroxyl-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline in concentration of 0.05%.
EFFECT: invention increases the stimulating effect on seed germination and plant height.
