SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, and in particular to plant growth regulators, and can be used to stimulate growth and yield for tomato (Solarium lycopersicum L.). Method for stimulating growth and yield includes pre-sowing seed treatment in an aqueous solution of 4-methyl-2-piperidin-1-yl-pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid, or 2-benzylamino-4-methylpyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid, or 4-methyl-2-morpholine-4-yl-pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid in a concentration of 0.01–0.1 %, together with a mixture of fatty acid monoglycerides of sunflower oil, monoglycerides of fatty acids of palm oil and heptaethers of polyglycerol and fatty acids of palm oil in a ratio of 1:1:2, in a concentration of 0.1 %. Germination of tomato seeds under the influence of synthesized organic substances in tested concentrations rises from 18.9 to 38.6 %, the height of seedlings increases from 29.9 to 70.1 %, the yield rises from 20.5 to 56.8 % and the average weight of the fetus increases from 3.8 to 16.3 %.

EFFECT: method of stimulating growth and yield is proposed.
