FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of instant food products from freeze-dried products. Disclosed is a method for preparation of a food product from freeze-dried products to produce a full-value dish, involving mixing as the main ingredient of a grain or legume freeze-dried product from boiled cereals with a freeze-dried fruit or berry-based food product or a thermally processed freeze-dried food product based on vegetables, or meat, or fish, or mushrooms in proportion of 60-80 grams of said grain or leguminous freeze-dried product with 20-40 grams of said freeze-dried food product based on fruits, or berries, or vegetables, or meat, or fish, or mushrooms for subsequent addition to obtained mixture 250-300 g of water, or broth, or milk until a ready dish is obtained in portion of 300-400 g.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a complete instant food product with high nutritional potential, long storage life of more than 12 months when using barrier containers, without using refrigerators and freezers, and the obtained product is characterized by fast preparation.
