SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine and describes stable oral liquid pharmaceutical compositions for treating oesophageal inflammation or associated symptoms, containing: corticosteroid in the amount therapeutically effective for treating oesophageal inflammation, an antioxidant, a buffer, a surfactant, a preserving agent, a flavour, a sweetener or a combination thereof, at least one additional excipient which improves the composition reaction with the oesophageal surface, dextrose in the amount of 0-500 mg per 1 ml of the composition, a liquid carrier, wherein the compositions are physically and chemically stable with the compositions being substantially uniform for at least 1 day, and wherein the compositions are applicable for single- or multiple-dose administration.
