FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to materials intended for production of foamed aluminium sheets. It may be used in civil engineering, nuclear power engineering, ship building, aircraft engineering, etc. Proposed device consists of stationary part to retain foamed aluminium sheet or panel and moving part displacing vertically and retaining foaming mould. Stationary part is composed of table with rollers shortened to foaming mould opening width without contact with the mould. Moving part is composed of cassette displacing vertically and provided with two lines of drive rolls retaining foaming mould from top and bottom to down it under the table without contact with compacted powder mix sheet or with foamed aluminium panel.
EFFECT: faster process, higher accuracy, ruled out damages of foamed aluminium panel in extraction.
