FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to construction and can be used in gunning. Concrete mixture contains a binder, that is portland cement based on portland cement clinker and gypsum dihydrate, fine aggregate, a polycarboxylate plasticiser and water. Binder additionally contains a mineral additive, that is ash-slag mixture, enriched by means of flotation with subsequent magnetic separation. Fine aggregate used is polyfractional screenings of crushed granite with fineness modulus 2.7. Polycarboxylate plasticiser is a polycarboxylate superplasticiser. In addition, the concrete mixture further contains a hardening accelerator at the following ratio of components, kg per 1 m3 of the concrete mixture: portland cement clinker 292.5–450; gypsum dihydrate 14.6–22.5; enriched ash-slag mixture 0–157.5; polyfractional screening of crushed granite with fineness modulus 2.7 1350; polycarboxylate superplasticiser 1.125–3.375; hardening accelerator 2.25; water 135–180.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain sprayed concrete with high physical and mechanical properties and operational characteristics, which improves the environmental situation due to use of man-made wastes in the concrete mixture.
