FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a generator of microwave oscillations, connected with an output via the first coupling element with a concave metal plate of the first sensitive element, the first 6 and the second meters of amplitude-frequency characteristics connected accordingly with outputs of the first and second detectors connected via the second and third coupling elements accordingly to concave metal plates of the first and second sensitive elements, a phase meter connected with appropriate inlets via the third 8 and fourth coupling elements with a flat metal plate of the first sensitive element and a flat metal plate of the second sensitive element.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurement.
