FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of fine metal powders of preset grain size. It may be used for manufacture and repair of the parts of gas turbine engine and ICEs used in rocketry, aircraft engineering and automotive industry. Workpiece is fused at inert gas pressure not over 0.11 MPa. Spray chamber is evacuated to inject the melt to atomizers through heated guide and to spray it by inert gas heated to 200-500°C at the melt temperature Tmt 200-300°C where Tmt is the biller alloy melting temperature.
EFFECT: stable chemical composition and higher yield.
