FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: claimed is method of formation of radiological risk group, which includes selection of people, who have accumulated considerable doze of occupational radiation, and estimation of frequency of genetic mutations at locus of T-cell receptor on the basis of analysis of peripheral blood samples. Criterion of threshold value of accumulated dose of radiation ≥ 55 mSv is introduced, after which frequency of mutant cells of tested people is determined. If value is ≥ 6.3×10-4, group of risk of development of oncologic disease, caused by radiation factor, is formed.

EFFECT: objective selection of employees, subjected to occupational radiation at enterprise, requiring measurement of frequency of genetic mutations and possibility of formation of group of risk of oncologic disease development among them.
