SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and may be used for treating pathological processes in the cavities, cystic formations and hollow bodies. A light guide is introduced in the centre of the cavity filled with a dissipating emulsion of intralipid in saline. To provide the uniform laser scattering, the intralipid concentration is created to be equal to 0.23-0.25%; the forward scattering requires the concentration of 0.11-0.23%, and the back scattering - 0.25-0.36%.

EFFECT: method enables controlling the laser exposure on the interface ensured by the intralipid concentration variations.
