FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to purulent surgery. The abscess is opened, the contents are aspirated from the cavity through a catheter, and the cavity is sanitised with a furacilin solution. Then the cavity is filled with 0.24% intralipid solution containing zinc nanoparticles 50 nm in size at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The cavity is simultaneously continuously irradiated with a low-intensity laser for 2 minutes, with the following parameters of laser irradiation: wavelength 1,064 nm, power 14 W/cm2. Then the cavity is sanitised with an 0.9% NaCl solution. The procedure is repeated daily for 10 days.
EFFECT: possibility of achieving full suppression of pathogenic microorganisms and activating regenerative processes in the abscess cavity, shortening the healing term of the wound caused by the purulent process, and subjecting the abscess cavity to equal bactericidal and antimicrobial effects throughout the volume of the cavity without affecting the surrounding tissues.
